Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween. This year, I'm going dressed as a nut-job who advertises their badly marketed, totally ridiculous book on google. Apparently, a mastery over space and time doesn't include good graphic design skills, or even the ability smile pretty. The good news is that I linked the same link I received in my gmail here on the blog page, which means it goes through google and charges her a few cents every time you click it. On second thought, maybe I'll just go as a dentist. I hate dentists.
Whether or not you click the above link several hundred times to extract some small stupid tax from this lady as a public service to help keep money going to google and things like blogger, gmail, and google maps free is entirely up to you and probably dependent on how much you're willing to get festive and embrace to true (evil) spirit of Halloween. I know I will.
In other news, in the past week, I've seen four movies. I've been compelled to give a 1 line review of each lately, so I'll do that here and now, because there's no good reason not to.
The Departed: Good, violent, interesting. My wife thought the last scene was cheesy.
The Prestige: Good for people, a little disappointing for Physicists.
Running With Scissors: A little disturbing, only sorta funny, but a good example of the child care system in the US going wrong.
The Break Up: Like watching your couple-friends fight for 105 minutes, punctuated briefly by frat-pack jokes that don't really break the tension.
This year I did not dress up, decorate a pumpkin, or even dress up my Dog. My wife may have, but I didn't - I swear. I feel like sort of a Halloween-Humbug, but hopefully giving away candy and rocks to the children tonight will help to make up for some of that. That, or clicking that link a million times.

That book looks fantastic! I always thought there were immortals walking around and living on estates! Jesus was talking about immortality, not resurrection, right?
I didn't like the Break-up either and The Prestige was cool just because it had both Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale. Nothing like seeing Wolverine meeting Batman
I agree with gmack..
Mmmmm...Wolverine and Batman.
I mean...I'm not attracted to either of them in the slightest.
Illegally charging this woman money everytime you click on her site just to get your jollies proves what an immature and hurtful person you are. She has done nothing to you yet each time someone clicks on the link she is charged 75Cents.
Spiritual people are helping others and sacrificing their own time and money to do good things for people. You are a disgrace and one day " pay back" will happen and you will reap as you have sown.
A disgrace? Man! I will try and change to be truly spiritual, following the great guidance you have offered here. Allah give me strength!!
